BP Property Consulting is a multi-disciplined property consultancy practice offering independent and strategic property advice to our clients for the “complete” property solution.

Our focus is to use our skill base and experience in asset management and property development to combine with owners of development sites or property assets, either as principal, as joint venture partners or as advisor on a fee basis, to develop out and manage these assets.

BP Property Consulting was established by Michael Blaney as part of the Blaney Partnership in 2003.

Michael was formerly Development Director of Dunloe Ewart Plc and Property Manager of Irish Pension Fund Property Unit Trust (IPUT), two of Ireland’s largest commercial property owners, investors and managers and has worked with many established names in the property business in Ireland including Monarch Properties and McInerney Plc.

Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland.

Michael and his team have extensive experience in the development process from inception to project completion and Property Management through a full range of residential & commercial projects.
